Why a Women’s Circle?

Yogi Bhajan, Kundalini Yoga Master, wanted women to have a sense of their own worth. He felt that when this happens, women empower themselves and the world around them. He truly believed that it was time for women to step into their own power.

Yogi Bhajan said to women “Your inner concept and your outer projection have to be in balance. From beginning to end, you must act as a women in absolute grace.” He also said, “You are woman, not a playmate. You are a woman, not a good-for-nothing. No creature on this planet has the beauty, the strength, and the power that you have as a woman”.

There is beauty and a sense of wholeness and heartfulness when women come together in a circle. Women’s Circles are a chance to take a step back, focus and decide which path to take forward. The intention is to figure out our inner concept so we can start to project who we are.

The next Women’s Circle is on Friday 12 Oct 2018 at 7pm. Through meditation, connecting with the vibrational energy of essential oils and through guided journaling and discussion, we come to a deep understanding of our hearts desires. We will be working with Lemon Myrtle essential oil at this Women’s Circle. Lemon Myrtle helps us when we want to move from the vibration of doubtfulness to resourcefulness. As we move into leadership in our own lives, we learn to balance allowin amd taking action to manifest our dreams.

Start to step into self-understanding and resourcefulness with these three questions:
1. What does success mean to me?
2. What makes me feel truly alive?
3. What do I want my legacy to be?

Much love,

Tracy Fitzgerald

Indian Head Massage

In the 10 years that I’ve been an Indian Head Massage therapist, I developed a a theory that a gentle massage is vitally important as it activates the body’s parasympathetic nervous system. This aspect of our nervous system deals with regeneration, recharging, healing and growth. It’s the aspect that improves digestion and helps release tension from the body. If there was a knot in a piece of rope, we wouldn’t try and take it out deeply or roughly. A knot is gently teased out of a piece of rope. I believe that we need to treat our bodies just as gently and tease out the knots and tension so the parasympathetic nervous system can be activated. When we’re busy and going about our day and dealing with trauma, it’s the sympathetic nervous system that’s activated. It is so important to take breaks from this by effectively activating the parasympathetic nervous system.

Indian Head Massage includes massage of the upper back, upper arms, neck and head and so the name Indian Head Massage isn’t very apt. It’s a massage that focuses on areas that really gather stress. People are often surprised how relaxing the upper arm massage can be. Clients are always surprised at how gentle the massage is. This is because I am focused on relaxing the nervous system so the body is in a relaxed state to renew itself.

Reiki and Seichem

Reiki and Seichem is a wonderful energy healing modality. I call on Reiki and Seichem every day to help me find my way through the day. Reiki is the earth elemental healing ray and Seichem is the air, water and fire elemental rays. Reiki and Seichem is a wonderfully balanced modality. Energy flows in and around us. When I work with Reiki and Seichem, I’m working with energy in a very focused way using intention and by working with the Chakra System. Intention is very important in a Reiki and Seichem session as I set the intention for the body to be brought into balance in a gentle way for the highest good of the client.

I’ve been a Reiki and Seichem practitioner since 2012 and in 2018 I became and Reiki and Seichem Master/Teacher. I love the depth that Reiki and Seichem has brought to my life. It’s been an honour working with clients, and facilitating a space for them to connect with their inner selves, their self-love, self-love, self-confidence and self-believe. When this happens they begin to thrive and their ability to cope with life improve immensely.

Foot Reflex Massage

Foot Reflex Massage is the type of foot massage I’m trained in. It was created by Christine Courtney of Obus School of Holistic Therapies in Leixlip, Co. Kildare. It’s a combination of Swiss Reflex Massage and Traditional Chinese Medicine using the meridians of the body. Christine has found Foot Reflex Massage to be a very successful treatment, bringing relieve from stress, aches and pains and other problems.

I loved learning the Foot Reflex Massage because it fits in with my theory that a gentle massage is vitally important as it activates the body’s parasympathetic nervous system.
